About Me
Hi, I’m Effie!
Welcome to Nourished Mind & Soul. I’m so glad you’re here.
I believe feeling your best isn’t about being perfect or changing everything overnight. Often, it begins with becoming more intentional about the everyday choices we make—what we eat, what we drink, the products we bring into our homes, the information we allow into our minds, and the habits we create for ourselves.
Over the years, I’ve become increasingly interested in learning how those seemingly small choices can affect our overall well-being. I love researching, asking questions, comparing products, reading labels, and looking beyond the marketing to better understand what we’re actually choosing.
Nourished Mind & Soul is where I share what I learn along the way.
My Approach to Wellness
For me, wellness is about more than food or exercise. I believe we should care for the whole person—mind, body, and soul.
That means nourishing our bodies with wholesome foods, being thoughtful about the products and ingredients we use, continuing to grow mentally and emotionally, and making room for the deeper things that give our lives meaning.
You’ll find me exploring topics such as:
Clean eating and wholesome foods
Healthy hydration and cleaner water
Herbal teas and natural wellness
Products that can support a healthier home and lifestyle
Personal growth, self-help, and lifelong learning
Mind-body-soul wellness and intentional living
I don’t believe there is one perfect way to live a healthy life. I believe in learning, making informed decisions, and finding realistic habits that fit into everyday life.
Why I Created Nourished Mind & Soul
I created this space because I genuinely enjoy researching things that can help us live better.
Sometimes that means investigating something as simple as what belongs in the refrigerator. Other times, it means looking more closely at drinking water, ingredients in our food, wellness products, or habits that can support our overall well-being.
And sometimes wellness has nothing to do with what’s on our plate.
Our thoughts, relationships, personal growth, sense of purpose, and inner lives matter too.
That’s why I chose the name Nourished Mind & Soul. It reflects my belief that true wellness involves caring for the total you.
What You’ll Find Here
My goal is to take subjects that can sometimes feel complicated or overwhelming and make them easier to understand and use in real life.
You’ll find articles, practical ideas, helpful resources, and product discoveries centered around healthier, more intentional living.
When I recommend a product, I want you to understand why I think it may be worth considering—not simply be told to buy it. I believe you deserve enough information to make your own informed decision.
Some of the links on this website may be affiliate links, which means I may earn a commission if you make a purchase through them, at no additional cost to you. I only want to share products and resources that genuinely fit the purpose of Nourished Mind & Soul.
A Little More About Me
I’m naturally curious. If something catches my attention, I’m probably going to research it.
I’m especially drawn to subjects involving health, personal growth, relationships, technology, spirituality, and the many ways we can continue improving our lives at every stage of the journey.
I don’t pretend to have all the answers. What I can do is keep learning, share what I discover, and encourage you to ask questions and make choices that feel right for you.
Because I believe wellness isn’t a destination.
It’s something we practice—one choice, one habit, and one day at a time.
I’m Glad You’re Here
Whether you found Nourished Mind & Soul because you were researching cleaner water, looking for a healthier recipe, exploring a wellness product, or simply searching for ways to feel better and live more intentionally, I hope you find something here that helps.

Here’s to nourishing your mind, caring for your body, and feeding your soul.
